Our Chefs have created a large variety of gastropub styled dishes.  Our kitchen is proud to participate in the Ohio Proud program and feature Certified Angus steaks and burgers.

I started my journey in the kitchen of our house. We had little idea what we were doing. But we loved good beer and it is very limited in Ashtabula County.  The first batch of beer wasn't horrible but wasn't great either.  I decided to give it a few more tries. And I found a love and passion I never knew before. My friends and family absolutely loved the flavors I came up with and soon, an idea sprouted in my head: To open my own brewery and restaurant.  You see, not only do I love beer, but I also adore food. Having culinary masterpieces means just as much to me as creating a fantastic beer. That’s how this wonderful idea came to be.  And I couldn’t be happier crafting good beer and offering fantastic food

We take the time and care that you deserve into every barrel we make.  In addition to our staples every season we try to come up with something new and original, that we hope you like. We also offer the largest selection of craft beers from at the Geneva on the Lake Strip.
